By booking online or signing at the bottom of this page (checking the box and typing your name), or by replying YES to our booking text, you ("Customer") agree to these terms for the property you booked.
1. The work
- We blow and rake leaves from the lawn areas shown on your quote to the curb or terrace, placed the way your town's leaf program requires.
- We do not haul, bag, or remove leaves from the property. Your town's truck picks them up on its own schedule, which we do not control.
- Gutters, roofs, beds needing hand work, and fenced areas we cannot safely reach are not included unless we agree in writing.
2. Price
- The price is the flat per-visit price shown when you booked (and confirmed in our text). It does not change after the work starts.
- Season Pass: the discounted per-visit price applies to each visit completed. You pay only for visits we complete.
- If the yard on the day is materially different from the quote (for example, far more leaves than a normal fall, or a much larger area), we will tell you and agree on any change before we start. If you don't agree, we don't start, and you owe nothing for that visit.
3. Payment
- No deposit. When a visit is done we text you a photo. Payment for that visit is due within 3 days of that text, by check, cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
- Once a visit is completed as described in section 1, the price for that visit is owed. Not being home, the town's truck coming late, or more leaves falling afterward does not cancel what is owed for completed work.
- Unpaid balances more than 14 days old may be referred to collection or small claims court, and you agree to pay reasonable costs of collecting them as the law allows.
4. If you're not happy
- Tell us within 48 hours of the photo. We come back and fix it, free. That is the remedy for work you are not satisfied with; it does not remove the payment for the visit once fixed.
5. Scheduling, weather, cancelling
- We aim for the day or two before your town's pickup. Rain, snow, or wet leaves may move your visit; we move it at no charge.
- You may cancel or reschedule any visit for free by text at least 24 hours before it. Cancelling the rest of a Season Pass is free; you pay only for visits already completed.
6. Access and property
- You give us permission to enter the lawn areas of the property to do the work, and you confirm you own the property or are authorized to book it.
- Please secure pets, unlock gates you want us through, and move vehicles from the curb line. Tell us in advance about anything fragile, hidden, or hazardous in the yard (sprinkler heads, invisible fence wire, decorations).
- We work carefully. If we damage something, tell us within 48 hours of the photo and we will make it right. Our responsibility for any claim is limited to the price of the visit involved, except where the law does not allow that limit.
7. Photos and messages
- You agree we may text you about your booking, visits, and payment. Reply STOP any time for non-booking messages.
- We may use before-and-after photos of the yard (never your address or your face) to show our work.
8. The rest
- Your electronic acceptance is your signature and is as binding as signing on paper. We keep a record of your name, the date and time, and this version of the agreement.
- Wisconsin law governs this agreement. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
